What is the check-in schedule?
The check-in time for the room or apartment is from 2:00 PM onwards. If you arrive earlier, the hotel has a luggage room where you can store your suitcases until your room is ready. During the wait, you can enjoy all the common facilities, such as the pool, snack bar, gym, etc.
What is the check-out time?
The check-out time from the room or apartment is at 11:00 am, or at 12:00 pm if you have booked through the official website or directly by phone or email. Subject to availability and an additional cost, late check-out is possible. It is essential to request this service at the reception in advance. A courtesy shower is available on your departure day so that you can freshen up before you leave.
Do the apartments offer airport transfer service?
We do not have our own service, but you can book your transfers directly from here with our trusted company.
Does the reservation include cleaning service?
The apartments offer cleaning service every two days. An additional cleaning service can be hired for a payment of €25.
Are there towels, sheets, toilet paper, hairdryer, and gel/shampoo?
Yes, everything is included.
What will I find in the kitchen?
Cutlery, kitchenware, pots, pans, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen towel, dish soap, and scouring pad.
My reservation includes breakfast, but on the day of departure I am leaving very early and the restaurant will still be closed. Is it possible for something to be prepared for me?
Of course! If you need to leave before the usual breakfast time, you will have the breakfast buffet at your disposal, with the essentials to start the day off right. You just need to request it at the reception the day before your departure, before 21:00h.
Is there parking around the hotel or apartments?
In Paguera, as in all of Calvià municipality, parking in the Blue Zone is paid during the high season (from April 1st to October 31st). You can pay at the cash machines located on the street.
Approximately 300 meters from our establishments, near the Eroski and Lidl supermarkets, you will find a free public parking lot.
You also have access to our garage (additional cost).
Are the apartments near the beach?
Yes, we are just 50 meters away on foot! From the hotel (located near FLOR los Almendros Apartamentos), there is a private path that leads you directly to Palmira Beach.
What does FLOR los Almendros offer from November to March?
Are there parking spaces at the apartments?
Rate according to season:
- 6 €/night: November, February and March.
- 10 €/night: April, May, and October.
- 15 €/night: June, July, August, and September.

On the day of departure, parking is included until 12:00pm.
We also have parking spaces that offer electric chargers. If you need one, please let us know when you contact us.
Where can I park when I check in and check out?
For your convenience, on the day of arrival and departure, you can use the two courtesy parking spaces at the entrance of the reception during check-in and check-out.
What sustainable measures does the establishment carry out?
In our apartments, we are committed to a greener future. That’s why we have installed 216 solar panels to generate electricity and an additional 20 panels to heat water.
Our staff recycles and, to enable our customers to do the same, we have made recycling bins available for their use.
To comply with the Waste Law of the Balearic Islands and reduce the use of single-use plastics, you won’t find individual amenities in the rooms, but a soap dispenser instead. In addition, we avoid single servings in our restaurants and use bulk packaging and reusable straws.
We also have an area with electric chargers for vehicles.
Is there a weekly market in Paguera?
Yes! It is a tradition on the island of Mallorca to find weekly markets at different locations each day. The closest one to us takes place at the Paguera Boulevard every Tuesday, from 08:30am to 01:30pm. There, you can find stands selling clothes, local food, fresh flowers, kitchen utensils, fruits and vegetables.
Other nearby markets take place on Wednesdays in Andratx, on Thursdays in Inca, and on Sundays in Alcudia and Pollença.
Is there direct access from the hotel to the beach?
Yes, we have a private access that takes you directly to Palmira beach, one of the public beaches in Paguera, less than a minute walk through the hotel’s pool.
From this very beach, you can follow a 15-minute path that will take you to Cala Fornells, or continue the route to the other two beaches of Paguera (Torà and Romana).
Where can I swim in Paguera?
You can swim in our two swimming pools, one in the hotel and another in the apartments, or in the sea, through our private access to the beach.
Are there restaurants and bars around the establishment?
Our apartments are located on Paguera Boulevard, the most central street in the area. Around you, you will find dozens of bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The culinary offerings are very diverse: from Spanish and Italian food to Indian, German, and Asian.
Is Paguera a good destination to travel with children?
Yes, it is an ideal place for a family vacation. We have several facilities designed for children, such as a playground and two children’s pools. In addition, we offer rental services for baby chairs, highchairs, and potties. Cribs and highchairs are free of charge.
Do you recommend me to rent a car or is there public transportation?
If you plan on visiting the entire island, we recommend renting a car. Although the hotel area is well connected by public transportation (with prices from €3 to €6 per trip), it is easier to explore the corners of the island by car. The journeys are shorter and you avoid transfers.
From Paguera, you can go directly by bus to Palma, Calvià, Magaluf, Santa Ponsa, Puerto Portals, Costa d’en Blanes, Galatzó, Andratx, Sant Elm, Camp de Mar and Puerto de Andratx.
Are there electric chargers for charging electric vehicles?
Yes, we have several parking spots that offer electric chargers.
Is there a courtesy shower?
Yes, in the apartments you will find a bathroom with a shower and towels at your disposal that you can use at no additional cost both upon your arrival and departure.
Can I rent beach towels?
Yes. The price is 5€ per towel + 10€ refundable deposit.
If you want to change it for a clean one during your stay, the cost is 2€ per towel.
