At FLOR Hotels, we dedicate ourselves to ensuring that every moment of your trip is synonymous with comfort, convenience, and enjoyment. We have designed a comprehensive range of services and facilities to anticipate all your needs, from the first minute until your farewell.

Our reception team will provide you with all the information you need 24/7.

In addition, you can use the computer located in the lobby to browse the Internet and print your boarding passes for free. There is wifi in common areas and rooms/apartments.

Check-in from 2:00 pm and check-out until 12:00 pm (direct reservations through website/mail). Late check-out available upon request, subject to availability and with an extra cost. Daily cleaning included for the hotel rooms and every two days for the apartments.

You have at your disposal a luggage room and complimentary shower for the day of your check-in and check-out.

Buffet Restaurant

Start your day with energy at our breakfast buffet, which includes a delicious selection of bakery products, fresh seasonal fruit, a selection of eggs, cold cuts, and local products.

You can also enjoy your first meal on the restaurant’s terrace.

Breakfast Hours: 8:00am – 10:30am.

Please note: The buffet restaurant will be closed from 6 March 2026 to 26 March 2026 and from 2 November 2026 to 21 November 2026. During this period, breakfast service will not be available.

Sasini Restaurant

Open from March to October, our Sasini pool bar is the perfect place to cool off. With its charming poolside terrace, you can enjoy cocktails, ice creams, and snacks in a relaxed atmosphere.

Metla Restaurant

Open from May to September, located next to the pool with a beautiful terrace, it is ideal to enjoy our cocktail menu and have lunch.

Swimming pools and private beach access

Our hotel features a swimming pool for both adults and children set in a tranquil environment, surrounded by relaxation areas and with direct access to Palmira beach through a private path exclusive for our guests. You can rent pool towels and exchange them for clean ones if you wish.

The pool and bars only open during high season, consult with reception.

Well-being and physical activity

  • Fitness Room: Invest in your health with our gym equipped with LifeFitness machines. Open every day from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, you will find everything you need: treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, multifunction machines, weights, and TRX. Exclusive use for those over 18 years old.
  • Sports Bag: Do you prefer to work out in the privacy of your own room? Request one of our equipped sports bags at the reception.

Parking with electric charger

Rate according to season:

  • €6/night:
  • €10/night: April, May and October.
  • €15/night: June, July, August and September.
  • +€20 in cash for the garage key deposit.

On the day of departure, parking is included until 12:00 PM.

We have free parking for motorcycles and bicycles.

We cannot guarantee parking spaces in advance. To know availability, please ask us on the day of your arrival (WhatsApp: +34 971 68 60 93).

We have electric car charging stations in 12 parking spaces. If you need a space for an electric car, please contact reception before your arrival.

Facilities for the little ones

To ensure that the little ones are entertained, we have a children’s playground, ping-pong, and pool table (with a small additional cost).

We offer free cribs and high chairs depending on availability; high chairs, potties and strollers at an additional cost.

Bicycle Garage

Enjoy cycling in Mallorca. You can store your bicycle in our garage equipped with security cameras and use specific tools, lockers (padlock required, available for purchase at reception), and a washing area.
